Agreement

Consignor agrees to consign to Green Jacket Auctions for auction the items identified on this form.  Consignor understands that Green Jacket Auctions will auction these items via greenjacketauctions.com and thereby understands that the auction will take place pursuant to Green Jacket Auctions’ rules.  Green Jacket Auctions is not responsible for items damaged in transit to Green Jacket Auctions.  The Consignor must protect himself or herself by insuring any items that are sent to Green Jacket Auctions.  The consignment fee is 15% of the winning bid.  Green Jacket Auctions is not responsible for non-paying winning bidders.  Should this event occur, Green Jacket Auctions will discuss with Consignor about re-auctioning the item(s) or returning the item to Consignor.  Consignor is responsible for return shipping charges for all unsold items, and will be deducted from auction proceeds.  Should Consignor agree to re-auction the item, this agreement still applies.  Payment in the form of a check will be sent to consignor within 14 days of Green Jacket Auctions receiving payment from the Winning bidder.  Should the winning bidder pay by check, this 14 day period will not begin until the check clears.  It is Green Jacket Auctions’ intention to have all consignors paid within 35-40 days of auction’s close.  The Consignor may not withdraw lots once submitted for auction.  Green Jacket Auctions may decide to remove any lots from the auction for any reason.  In the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorneys' fees and costs.
