Actual Masters Flag from Augusta National
Golf Club Flagpole
Presented here is truly significant piece of Masters Memorabilia. Some
items are so rare that collectors never even contemplate that they will ever be
offered for sale; Presented here is one such item. This is the
actual, huge Masters flag that hung on the famous flag pole outside Augusta
National Golf Club's esteemed clubhouse. This flag is surely familiar to
all golfers and viewers of the Masters Tournament each year. This is the
first time this flag has never been offered for sale, and it's hard to imagine
another one becoming available any time in the near future.
Presented here is an actual flag that flew outside the Augusta National
Clubhouse. This spectacular flag was given to our consignor, a departing
Augusta National employee, in 1991. It comes with a detailed letter
attesting to his extensive employment at Augusta National Golf Club, and the way
he obtained this significant piece. This great flag measures an incredible
5 feet by 9 feet. This particular flag shows tremendous use, and likely
flew outside of Augusta National for a long period of time, and multiple Masters
Tournaments.
